Whole and Half Pork

Reserve your spot for quality pasture raised pork. It’s a great way to fill your freezer with all your favorite pork cuts!

The Cost per/lb is $4.50/lb based on hanging weight. The hanging weight is the weight from butcher after harvest but before break down. It is from this number that your cost is calculated.

All meat will be cut/wrapped/and frozen by a USDA certified butcher. The cost of butchering is $1.05/lb.  Any smoking or additional rope/link sausage will be an additional cost

Once your deposit is received for either a whole or half pig, we will email you with a cut sheet, and assist you in filling out your cut sheet to be sure you get the cuts of meat you want.

All meat once complete will be able to be picked up at the farm, or we can arrange home delivery to you.
